Using an electric heat element, our extractors can control the water temperature to maintain 120℉. Controlled water temperature combines with proven detergents and our purpose built wash cycles to boost the removal of VOC's by 36%.
Easy to use
Our touchscreen control allows your firefighters easy navigation through the preprogrammed wash cycles, to select the proper wash cycle for outer shells or inner liners. Easy to use washers that deliver consistent results.
NFPA compliance
We believe that being compliant with NFPA standards on gear maintenance is non-negotiable, but it doesn't guarantee you are cleaning bunker properly. We designed and tested our wash cycles so that in addition to being NFPA compliant, we are effectively washing bunker gear.
Soft-mount construction
Our professional washers are a soft-mount design, built with an internal suspension system that absorbs the force created by the drum during the extraction spin. It is not bolted to the floor, making it easily installed in any fire station.
Integrated Detergent Application
Automate your entire bunker gear wash cycle by incorporating an auto dosing detergent pump. The pump is hardwired to the washer, and will automatically inject the correct volume of detergent at the appropriate times of the wash cycle. Washers come standard with a 4 compartment soapbox, that can be flushed individually.
Ergonomic
An 15" base is included with the washer, that brings the center of the door opening to 36", making loading and unloading easier.
Drainage
This washer is available pump drain and gravity drain configurations. Pump drain systems connect to your station's wall drain pipe. Gravity drain configurations expel water into your station's floor drain or into a drain trough behind the washer.
